I have a section on my website for Spider Solitaire games. When people write in, I attach saved games to email and send them back out. These files are tiny--1K each. I'd like to be able to upload them to my website and let folks download them on their own. Is there a simple way to do that? (I, uh, should also mention that I'm too cheap to buy anything that might make this happen.)
Thanks for your help. I'm off to try your answer to my other question.

Well, DUH! It was so easy I'm embarrassed for having asked. It was one of those 14-hour days and my brain was mush. All I had to do was upload the files, link to them, then post instructions for people to right-click the link and "save target as". Now I'm off to catalog my solitaire games, publish a spreadsheet for them, and let folks enjoy them whenever they want.

Hi Suz,
I was posting a reply with instructions for you, and had all kinds of problems with the forum software.
I'm glad you you got it figured out.

Thanks. I've been playing with it all weekend. Too much fun! Here's my finished solitaire download page.

Hey Suz, a lot of us use Firefox, the links work just fine, you just click on them and download, it will ask where to download to.

Thanks. I didn't know that. I've heard a lot of good things about Firefox, but I've never tried it. Someday, if I ever get caught up, I'll give it a try.
