Virus Protection (MS OneCare?)

I've always had McAfee, cuz it came free with AOL. Now I'm on Hughesnet (cuz we're very rural and can't get anything else but satellite or dialup). I dumped AOL and McAfee and went searching for something else. I just downloaded the Microsoft product "OneCare" for the 90 day free trial. It seems pretty good so far. Anybody else use this product or have anything better to recommend?

TIA,

Suz

One care works allright but I find Avast works the best and it's free http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html

Re: Virus Protection (MS OneCare?)

Thank you. I put that link in my faves. When my 90-day free trial is up with OneCare, if I'm not absolutely thrilled, I'll switch to the free deal. $50 a year is money I could use on something a whole lot more fun than making MS even richer.
