My new web site is up and working!

I still need to work on making a cool Joomla template for the site. I've been editing HTML for a long time and bitmap for a longer time. I'm still working on the mix of PHP and CSS that make up the Joomla template system.

My site is www.threeshastas.com and it'll feature activities and events in greater California. Dispite the Three Shastas name I do plan include events from near by counties.

I'm going to be reading this BB regularly, so if you post a cool event I'll steal it and put it on my web site!

Jim

Re: My new web site is up and working!

ninershark,

The three shastas are Shasta County, Shasta Lake, and Shasta Mountain. Of course with so many Shastas available I plan to have some fun and include any Shasta I can; Shasta Cola, Shasta Street, Shasta Lanes, and Shasta Lake City.

Even though I have the name Shasta I do plan to post on nearby counties, especialy car shows and bike rides. Car showing and racing  and bicycle riding have becoming such an important part of the Greater California area that they will be included from as far as they can be reached in a practical time.

BlueBandit,

The existing topics have served us well in the past and I have no don't think they need to be changed. I'll just point to ReddingForum.com and come back to read here regulary.

When I think I can do it on a regular basis I plan to roll out a podcast. When I do an interview I'll have the opening question "What is your favorite Shasta, and why?" This question was inspired by Rob of Podcast411, who ask "What was your first computer?"
