Well....'newbie' to the board, not to Redding; I've dwelled here for over 25 years. I found this board by accident; I'm actually seeking someone: an old musician friend named Erik Halvorson, who used to sing lead for a band called 'Stone Black' (in the '90s). Thought I'd scope the music boards here and see if I can find him. If anybody knows of him, please don't hesitate to e-mail me. And, if ya don't, please don't hesitate to e-mail me I look forward to meeting people and making new friends here.

Good Question. I would hope some new doors will open for you and people will share some great knowledge of the area with you or you with them, open the door to friendship as well as share some great things to do and see in the greater Redding area. Seems like a good place where the Redding people can share with each other and grow as the community grows. Let others know of up coming events, if they be large or small, so that everyone has a chance to attend and visit with each other as a caring community will.
I note that this post, at this time, has had 530 hits. Seems like that many people were interested in what you had to say. What do we have to offer this site? What do you have to offer this site? What do we expect from this site? Does each of us add anything to this site to show or discuss with others something about Redding? Can you ask a question about Redding and recieve an answer that will be of help? Can or do you offer answers that might be of help to others in finding something that the other seems to feel important to them at the time of the post?

Yep, it has been a little dead around here lately with Toad getting a new girlfriend and not filling us all in Toad's Wild Ride. Recent Murders, Fires and scandals abound in the area lately and no one has said a peep. I for one think that the Record Searchlight could be a little more proactive with their reporting, come on give us something!!! Rosie is looking for a new job, that would add some excitement!!!
