Oh no, I don't think this forum is intentionally a nice forum and trust me you can get some very nasty feedback. I was just joking, but it seems the forum has mellowed out quite a bit. Speaking for myself, I enjoy a nice little argument every now and then

All you have to do is disagree when ninershark on something political .  He can turn into a real wild attack doggie if you are a little on the "liberal"  side of the fence.  Post something from a "liberal" news site.  That might get him going.  8)  Talk about native american rights a bit. Say it now "Native Americans"

Wow, thanks for the welcome ninershark,  i almost missed it.

I am just in kind of a mood today, not sure what kind, but it may not last.

I just got sick of being on forums where you can hardly say anything and people just don't get it  and think maybe it is something wrong athough they are not sure quite what it is or if it is even wrong. :?

I do agree with terri about mean people though.  They suck. (can I say that?)

I hope i did not offend you with my joke.  I have never said how's it hangin' to another woman before.  Was kinda liberating  

i was on a greyhound bus heading into the sacramento bus station, and some guy in the seat across the aisle from me had a handheld portable tv. he was watching the news, i was asking him if it was a movie or what and he was telling me what was going on. the whole bus load of people were freakin out. we got off the bus and everybody in the bus station was running around screaming. they were announcing it on the loudspeakers. needless to say, my day sucked after that....... :cry:

That was a hell of a way to  find out.  I don't watch tv, so I was just reading the morning news on the internet. 

I am sure everyone will remember what they were doing, but your experience must have been very intense.

i watched it on tv at work (in a nursing home), it just floored me.  my son, then 19, was in danville building a bridge.  i REALLY wanted him home!!

kind of like the frozen moment when kennedy was shot,,those of you old enough out there know what i'm talking about.  there are some moments in time that are just frozen~i was only 5 when  kennedy was assasinated but i know exactly what i was doing and where i was, 911 will be in that section of my brain forever too..

and wasnt it strange not seeing any planes in the sky for those weeks afterwards?  really creepy.
