I was wondering what would happen to the discount stores, like the Dollar Tree and the 99 Cents Only Store to be profitable over time. While only a modest increase, the 99 Cents Only Store became the 99.99 Cents Only Store. This is an increase of only 99 cents for every hundred dollars in sales, and even with the new prices they can continue to say "nothing over a dollar".
